A 150-Point Evaluation Framework
At the core of our research process lies a structured methodology based on approximately 150 criteria. These include both quantitative metrics, such as revenue growth rates, profit margins, interest and debt coverage ratios, and insider ownership, and qualitative factors, such as competitive advantage, capital allocation discipline, and the credibility and transparency of management.
Investment Committee
All investment decisions are made by an Investment Committee, composed of KAI’s internal research team along with select external advisors. This collaborative approach ensures that every investment is stress-tested from multiple angles before capital is committed.
